When AHERN Rentals decided to throw a Christmas party for their employees in Las Vegas, they pulled out all of the stops! More than 4,000 AHERN employees descended on Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino for the three-day, multi-party event.
Evident Productions was asked to create a unique ambiance for every evening event,including a VIP party night and a major awards ceremony that engulfed the entire Paris ballroom. AHERN teamed up with some of their gear vendors to provide entertainment, which Evident Productions consulted for in order to create engaging, visually stunning performances for AHERN's employees.
With lighting as well as accompanying video, Evident was able to showcase every exceptional moment. Whether it was highlighting a band playing on stage, accentuating a Cirque-style variety show or generating excitement for the bonus giveaways at the end of the night, Evident came through on every request. We were able to make changes down to the wire to create party experiences that were larger than life.
