Evident brought knowledge of cutting-edge technology to the table to amp up the quality of the event. This was not just your typical "corporate event": Its screen and projection set-up— complete with Dolby certified surround sound — was designed to support a large capacity room. The screen also needed to do more than display the typical oversized power point presentation, as it was used to show off exclusive 3D content clips of the highly anticipated James Cameron film Avatar.
Evident Productions provided technical direction for the 3D-capable screen and the event, including coordinating venue scheduling, client production, rehearsals, and overseeing quality control for a presentation that featured Autodesk's elite clients on stage. Autodesk's media and entertainment and manufacturing divisions shared in the set-up, but they needed direction in coordinating stage time and final rehearsals for the event. This included synchronizing multiple vendors and working with each client to give them the support they needed for their presentation, from providing solutions for lighting to handling video display issues.
The forum-style event featured CEOs, CTOs and presidents of Autodesk's clientele, enabling them to discuss in a relaxed atmosphere issues in the industry such as trends and future goals. Dr. Peter Diamandis, of the X-Prize Foundation, also shared how Autodesks' technology is helping space exploration. The event was a hit for Seamless, Audio Visual Advisors and Autodesk.
