Evident Productions proved once again that it could come through in a pinch by providing support for the first-ever Ceridian International Sales Conference in February 2008.
The conference was scheduled right after Super Bowl XLII, making it difficult to secure labor for the conference's setup and tear down due to a series of Super Bowl related events all across Las Vegas during a busy convention season. Based on Evident Production's experience working in Las Vegas venues and our knowledge of the labor dynamics at each property, Audience Communications, a Toronto based company, called on us to save the day.
Evident's knowledgeable, friendly and competent personnel exceeded expectations, helping the entire conference run smoothly. We not only mitigated the last-minute changes in labor needs but accomplished the tasks at hand in times that helped keep the entire event under budget.
The Ceridian conference included a "story teller" performance withmotivational messages for the audience, an awards night ceremony complete with an act from an Elvis impersonator, and video content throughout the conference to create "live" backdrops as scene changes for the different general session segments.
Ceridian was amazed at the quality of the production, which heightened the impact of the conference for their international audience of employees.
