Picture dancing fairies, a Cirque-style performer walking on stilts and a live cover band rocking out everything from Axle Rose to Frank Sinatra. Such was the zaniness experienced by VIP guests at Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino's New Year's Eve Party.
Paris brought Evident Productions in to consult, produce, and create the lighting needed to wow the audience with every fun-filled surprise of the evening.
Evident Productions Creative Specialist Peter Blue relied on his ten years of experience creating gala parties, high-end functions and VIP parties across the globe when he designed Paris' New Year's Eve bash.
"It's one thing to just throw lights up and make something visible," Blue said. "But when you design lighting to enhance what your audience will take away from the experience, it's a complete different visual sensation."
From directing and producing video content and live lighting programming for tours, to consulting for corporate conferences and trade show projects, Blue has worked with a diverse pool of clients with vastly ranging needs and goals. This event was no exception.
From creating special scenic lighting to wow attendees as they walked through the doors for the first time, to highlighting the various character performers through the evening to showcasing the bands' various musical performances, Blue created a visually stunning and unforgettable New Year's celebration.
Evident Productions also designed the lay-out of and helped install the various lighting, video and audio equipment used during the party. Audio Visual Advisors and the Harrah's Entertainment Group brought Evident Productions to the table early on in the initial process of creating the event. Evident took care of safety measurements and designed scenic concepts and video screen layouts to cover the room and ensure all 5,000 guests could see the entertainment.
The true impact of the evening, however, was best viewed on the happy and satisfied faces of the attendees.
